Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Praxilog (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and a licensed healthcare professional (such as an occupational therapist, physical therapist, or speech-language pathologist) to use Praxilog. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and hold any professional licenses required to practice in your jurisdiction.

3. Subscription Plans

Praxilog is offered as a recurring subscription with two tiers: Standard ($12.99/month) and Premium ($19.99/month). Each tier is available in four billing cycles: Monthly (full price), Quarterly (10% discount), Semi-Annual (15% discount), and Annual (25% discount). The Standard tier includes client management, calendar and scheduling, session progress notes, basic income tracking, HEP, state license management, and mileage tracking. The Premium tier includes everything in Standard plus multi-stream income tracking, expense tracking and home office deduction, CEU tracking, credential management, medication tracking, the activity library, and communication templates. Prices are in USD and may be updated with notice.

4. Free Trial

New subscribers may start a 3-day free trial on either tier without a credit card. The trial grants full access to the selected tier for three (3) days. At the end of the trial period, your subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription and the first charge occurs using the billing cycle you selected at signup. If you do not wish to continue, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

5. Billing & Automatic Renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (month, quarter, six months, or year, depending on your cycle) until you cancel. Payment is processed by Stripe using the payment method you provided at checkout. You authorize us to charge the recurring fee through Stripe until cancellation. You may cancel anytime.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. You retain access to the Service through the end of the current paid billing period. Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at css@workmail.com and we will review your request in good faith.

7. Professional Responsibility Disclaimer

Praxilog is a practice-management and documentation tool. It is NOT a substitute for professional clinical judgment, medical advice, or licensed practitioner expertise. Features such as the AI-generated Home Exercise Program Builder, medication interaction checker, and tax-category suggestions are educational and administrative aids only. You remain solely responsible for all clinical decisions, treatment plans, documentation accuracy, and compliance with your professional licensing obligations. You should independently verify any output before acting on it. Praxilog does not provide medical, legal, accounting, or compliance advice.

8. HIPAA Disclaimer

Praxilog is not a covered entity under HIPAA. You are responsible for your own compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare privacy regulations regarding any patient data you enter into the Service, including obtaining required consents and executing Business Associate Agreements as appropriate. Praxilog provides technical safeguards but does not assume your legal or regulatory compliance obligations.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Praxilog only for lawful practice-management purposes. You will not: enter false or fraudulent data, attempt to access another practitioner’s data, misuse the medication interaction checker as a substitute for clinical judgment, reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service, or use the Service to store data unrelated to your professional practice. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

10. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all client, clinical, financial, and practice data you enter into Praxilog. Praxilog and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including the software, branding, design, and underlying technology. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for the duration of your active subscription. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service.

Intellectual Property Ownership: All content, code, visual interfaces, custom logic, design, graphics, and logos within this application are the exclusive property of Community Self Support and are protected by applicable copyright laws. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access the app. Reverse engineering, copying, or unauthorized redistribution of any part of this software is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Praxilog and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any clinical or financial outcomes resulting from reliance on generated content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the prior twelve (12) months.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated within the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Florida.
